For over fifteen years Denyse Faulkner has enjoyed being part of the Nicol Insurance personal lines team. Starting out as the front desk receptionist, she has worn many hats and is now settled in her role as a Personal Account Executive. Keeping current is an important role for Denyse, as educating her clients on changes to coverages, and keeping them well protected in the event of a change, is her first priority.

Ana Mendonca
With over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, Ana’s positive attitude and zeal for life make dealing with Ana a wonderful and easy experience. She’s a firm believer in treating people fairly, the way she would like to be treated. She finds that Nicol is more like family than just co-workers, making the day-to-day all the more enjoyable. When not working Ana spends time with her family and friends, attending Portuguese Community events including organizing Portuguese style bullfights with her son.
Pamela Davis
After more than 40 years in the insurance business, Pam Davis still enjoys what she does tremendously. She is however curious to know, “where did that time go?” In the early stages of her brokerage career she moved through the ranks at agencies in Cambridge. Two decades ago, she made the decision to move to her cottage located in the Bruce Peninsula. In 2005, she joined the Nicol Insurance team and has served Nicol’s clients in the Wiarton area ever since.
Ashley Bailie
Ashley Bailie is by nature passionate, as she’s eager to help people and make sure their needs are taken care of. The best part about her work day at Nicol’s Insurance Kincardine office is getting to know her clients. It comes easy for her, as her warm personality and welcoming smile radiates an approachable individual. For Ashely, there is “nothing more rewarding than knowing you were able to help someone.”Ashley finds the “variety” of her work the “most enjoyable” aspect of her day. Nicol has a diverse set of clientele, “with so many different needs”, this “keeps things interesting” she says, as she is always learning something new.
Alyssa Beattie
Alyssa Beattie has been “enjoying” the insurance business for nearly two decades. She joined the Nicol Insurance Kincardine office soon after completing her post-secondary education in London.
Sue Lendvoy
Filling in for someone who was off, Sue Lendvoy joined Nicol Insurance in 2008. Nearly two decades later, she’s now Account Administrator and hasn’t looked back. Working out of the Owen Sound office Sue is part of the Nicol Insurance processing team. This dedicated team ensures all policy holder information is up-to-date. Her enjoyment of the detail-oriented tasks make her day-to-day seamlessly go by.
Dawn Coram
Administrative Support Dawn Coram has been working at Nicol Insurance Orangeville office for half a decade.
Kristin Jarc
Today, after teaching customer service for so many years, she finds her new role challenging and rewarding at the same time, “to practice what I preached for years.” She knows what’s important and that it’s all about relationships. At Nicol, “you can still come in and sit with your broker face-to-face. I feel this is really important to everyone.” Kristin is a firm believer that “human contact” is an essential ingredient of a happy.
Keneisha Johnson
Account Manager Keneisha Johnson works out of the Orangeville insurance office and is the main contact for day-to-day policy changes and billing inquires. Her coworkers are like her second family, and together they work towards providing the best experience possible for Nicol Insurance policy holders.
Jim Washington
Jim Washington was the owner and lead broker at Landry Washington Insurance until its sale to Nicol Insurance in 2019. Jim now shares his lead broker distinction with other brokers, who together, are part of the Ontario Nicol team. An industry veteran, Jim works alongside son Kyle, in the Nicol Insurance Mississauga office. With over 3 decades in the insurance business, moving from the ownership position was a nice change for Jim, as he now gets to focus on the part of his business he liked the best, “the people”.
Kyle Washington
Mississauga’s Personal Account Manager Kyle Washington has been around the insurance industry most of his life. After the acquisition of his fathers insurance business, James Washington Insurance, several years ago, Kyle has been a wonderful contributor to the Nicol Insurance team. As one of the youngest members of the Nicol family, his experience and background provides a different perspective to the day to day operations. His technical know-how and natural ability to problem solve is a welcomed addition to the Mississauga office.
Jocelyn Follis
Originally from Meaford, Jocelyn Follis has lived in Owen Sound since 2004. She is comforted by the fact that Owen Sound, in her opinion, “is the best place to raise children”. Jocelyn has a wealth of experience that transfers easily to her position at Nicol Insurance. She started her career in the Hospitality Industry where she learned about standards, expectations and providing excellent customer service. Jocelyn knows business will only run smoothly, when systems are in the right place and standards are kept high.
