For Ashley Bailie, the best part of working in insurance is simple … getting to know people. As a Personal Lines Insurance Specialist, she enjoys building genuine relationships with clients, taking the time to learn about their lives and helping them navigate the questions that come with protecting their homes, vehicles, and everything in between. Her warm personality, positive attitude, and willingness to help make it easy for clients to feel comfortable, supported, and well looked after.
One of the things Ashley enjoys most about her role is that no two days are ever the same. Every client has a different story, different priorities, and different insurance needs, which means there is always something new to learn. Ashley brings her passion for helping others to the Orangeville office. She enjoys getting to know clients, building lasting relationships, and creating an experience where people feel comfortable asking questions and know they’ll be well looked after.
Ashley values the supportive team environment at Nicol Insurance and enjoys working alongside colleagues who share the same commitment to helping others as she does. Outside of work, family is at the centre of Ashley’s life. She loves spending time with her husband and their energetic young son, making memories together, enjoying the outdoors, and gathering with friends and family whenever she can. Being a mom is the greatest joy in her life and keeps her happily on her toes.
