Jim Washington was the owner and lead broker at Landry Washington Insurance until its sale to Nicol Insurance in 2019. Jim now shares his lead broker distinction with other brokers, who together, are part of the Ontario Nicol team. An industry veteran, Jim worked in the Nicol Insurance Mississauga office. With over 3 decades in the insurance business, moving from the ownership position was a nice change for Jim, as he now gets to focus on enjoying retirement.
With over 30 years experience in the insurance industry, Ana’s positive attitude and zeal for life make dealing with Ana a wonderful and easy experience. She’s a firm believer in treating people fairly, the way she would like to be treated. She finds that Nicol is more like family than just co-workers, making the day-to-day all the more enjoyable. Luke, who has an honours bachelor of arts degree from the University of Windsor as well as a Teachers College Degree, finds the favourite part of his job to be ‘the people’ he gets to work with. Having the opportunity to “help people understand their policies and put their minds at ease”, is extremely rewarding to Luke. Naturally curious, Luke takes his time with clients and puts in the added attention, “by caring enough to ask the right questions” he gets to know the different folks from these growing communities.
