Keira Sovey enjoys working in her hometown of Orangeville, Ontario. Born and raised there, Keira enjoys her position as Quality Assurance Specialist with Nicol Insurance. Keira has 17 years of experience in customer service, and is pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to her community while she continues to build long-lasting relationships with the people in her home town.

Keira is easy to talk with and believes that “a day without laughter is a day wasted”. She is always trying to make someone smile. An active listener, Keira exudes warmth and passion as she pays attention, and seldom misses an opportunity to bring out that smile. Her easy style is comforting and helps her when figuring out a clients wants and needs. All to make sure that they have the important “expensive to replaced stuff” covered, as she prides herself on “helping accordingly”.

When Keira decided to shift careers, she believed a position in personal insurance would be ideal. As a result, she joined the Nicol team and now enjoys the camaraderie Nicol employees are so proud of. When Keira is not working, she takes her dog for walks in one of Orangeville’s picturesque parks.
