Born and raised in Owen Sound, she returned here to raise her family surrounded by the region’s natural beauty and the warmth of its community.

Christine’s professional journey in the Financial/Insurance Industry began with a high school co-op at a local bank, setting the stage for a lifelong commitment to the field. Her extensive career at Manulife Financial in Waterloo, spanning various divisions such as Savings and Retirement, Mutual Funds, and Manulife Bank, equipped her with a robust foundation in the industry. With over two decades of experience, she joined Nicol Insurance with a deep understanding of client needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

In her role, Christine collaborates closely with the commercial team, ensuring they have comprehensive information for meaningful meetings that keep up with their clients evolving business needs. Additionally, she works alongside account executives and managers, ensuring the timely update, renewal, and issuance of client policies.

Christine’s unique contribution to the Nicol Insurance team lies in her positive attitude, sterling work ethic, and a wealth of experience in customer service and administration. On a personal note she values authentic connections and has a keen interest in natural health alternatives, delving into subjects like essential oils, nutrition, and chiropractic care.

Outside of the office, Christine finds joy in exploring nature, water, and the outdoors. Her summers are spent on the water, cruising around Lake Huron, Georgian Bay, and the Trent Canal with her husband and two boys. An avid enthusiast of plants and trees, Christine tends their property, a collection of house plants which includes 2 towering Hibiscus specimens, reflecting her passion for nature.
