She holds a degree in Communications from Wilfrid Laurier University and brings more than 20 years of experience across finance, securities, and insurance, blending corporate expertise with a genuine appreciation for client-focused, community-based work.

At Nicol, Andrea supports brokers in their day-to-day activities, ensuring client needs remain front and centre. She is known for her strong attention to detail, thoughtful problem-solving, and commitment to handling requests accurately and efficiently. Andrea finds fulfillment in working within a supportive and close-knit team environment. With a great sense of humour and a calm, steady presence, Andrea enjoys contributing in a supportive role that helps keep things running smoothly.

Born in Owen Sound and raised in Sauble Beach, Andrea returned to the area to build her forever home and raise her son. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, thrifting, home décor projects, crocheting, and being a present, engaged mom. She is also a passionate advocate for inclusion and accessibility for individuals who are differently-abled, both in schools and the workplace.
