WE’RE HERE TO TALK
First and foremost, our brokers are still here to advise you on any insurance matter. While you can’t visit our offices, you can still engage us by phone during normal business hours or by email any time of day. We’ll do our best to respond to all messages as quickly as possible to get you the information you need. We can even arrange a video conference if you’d rather meet “face to face” with your broker, (though you may notice a few more children in the background than usual). We want you to be as comfortable as possible when contacting us, which is why you’ll always be speaking to the same account representatives that you are familiar with. If you ever have questions about your policy, coverages, claims or insurance in general, we are ready to help any way that we can.
WE’RE HARD AT WORK
To put it simply, if we could get it done in the office before COVID-19, we can now get it done remotely. We have worked very hard to set each member of our team up with a remote workstation that gives them secure access to our client files and insurance company databases. Whether you need to set up a new policy, review coverages, make adjustments or place a claim, your broker can securely and efficiently help from home.
