With more than 30 years in the insurance industry, Nancy brings knowledge and experience to her role. She began her career on the underwriting side and developed a strong technical foundation. She then transitioned into the broker environment, where she has spent more than two decades as a Personal Insurance Advisor. This blend of experience allows Nancy to provide both the technical and personal sides of insurance to her clients. Nancy finds the greatest satisfaction in building connections with her customers. She understands that insurance can feel complex and overwhelming, particularly during challenging life moments. Nancy approaches these conversations with empathy, patience, and compassion. Her ability to put clients at ease, combined with a strong work ethic instilled by her parents, has been central to her long-standing career.

She enjoys working in a community with a small-town feel, where friendly smiles and a simple “good day” are part of everyday life. Outside of work, Nancy loves indoor and outdoor decorating, often refreshing her home and backyard to create what she fondly calls her oasis. She also enjoys stand-up comedy, reading mysteries, and spending time with family. Family is central to Nancy’s life, including her husband Darren, her daughter Jacqueline, her brother, and Milo, her beloved tuxedo cat.
