Muqadas Shamas experienced many roles over her years in the industry—working in underwriting, account management, and sales leadership—before finding her true fit in personal lines insurance. Her story started in Kuwait, where she was born and raised before moving to Canada with her family. That move shaped the way she sees the world—teaching her the value of clarity, cultural understanding, and genuine human connection.
