Crystal Machan takes great satisfaction in her role as a Personal Account Executive for Nicol’s Woodstock Insurance location. She finds joy in assisting and collaborating with a diverse array of individuals, and she appreciates the team and family-oriented environment cultivated at Nicol.

As a lifelong learner, Crystal has gleaned insights from a multitude of hands-on experiences. Her early exposure to the industry occurred during her high school years, where she developed a fondness for the people-centric nature of the business.  After high school she excelled at the role of service manager in the automotive industry. Reflecting on her past endeavors, she playfully remarks, “that if you can work in the automotive industry, you can handle anything.”

Crystal then dedicated time to designing kitchens, bathrooms, and selling flooring. Her reentry into the insurance domain occurred close to a decade ago, when a design client extended an offer of employment, marking her second foray into the industry. This experience acquainted her with the various lines of insurance, equipping her with skills that seamlessly transition to her present role.

Underscoring her dedication to exemplary customer service, Crystal says, “I have always placed great customer service above all when handling clients, I became a broker to ensure that I could provide the best service, with the best rates and the best companies to my clients”. Crystal places special emphasis on nurturing enduring connections, noting that genuine familiarity with business associates adds a distinctive dimension of enjoyment to her role.

At her core, she thrives on the vibe of small towns. In her active pursuits, she engages in competitive baseball, delights in culinary endeavors and hosting guests, and finds pleasure in embarking on road trips filled with novel experiences. With an ardent desire to assist others, Crystal exudes optimism and firmly believes that personal growth is constrained only by self-imposed limitations.
