Amanda Bailie joined Nicol Insurance after a decade of experience working with health insurance claims.  She has a strong background in administrative support, having previously worked in as a claims adjudicator handling health, dental, and prescription claims. Her biggest takeaway from this side of the business is that she now understands the importance of attention to detail, efficiency, and providing exceptional product knowledge as a key component of client service.
