And that’s literally speaking! A few months ago in the final phases of the building project, the Chapman House Board was faced with a difficult decision as to which components were necessary up front as opposed to desirable to have in place. When CEO, Bob Nicol, learned that having a backup generator was at risk of being deferred, Nicol Insurance and Intact Insurance stepped forward and found a way to jointly cover the total installation costs of $50,000 up front.
