A natural coach, Personal Account Executive, Kristin Jarc enjoys having the ability to help people and assist them in finding the right plan. Prior to joining Nicol, Kristin was a development coach for a major credit card company. Today, after teaching customer service for so many years, she finds her new role challenging and rewarding at the same time, “to practice what I preached for years.” She knows what’s important and that it’s all about relationships. At Nicol, “you can still come in and sit with your broker face-to-face. I feel like this is really important to everyone.” Kristin is a firm believer that “human contact” is an essential ingredient of a happy life.

Kristin works out of the Orangeville insurance office and loves the “small town feel” of the many surrounding communities. When not at work, you can find Kristin living in Shelburne with her partner and his three kids. Her life centres around her kids, with soccer and hockey games scattered throughout the week. She and her partner embrace the activities every small town has to offer, especially the drive-in events, local markets and festivals. When not driving the kids around town, Kristin will be trying new recipes in the kitchen, as she’s an excellent chef.

Kristin serves clients along one of the most growing highways in Ontario, HWY 10 and is often found driving from Orangeville to Flesherton Insurance office, to meet with them. When it comes to insuring people’s greatest assets, she gets the difference between “having insurance” and “understanding it”. She puts an emphasis on making sure clients understand, “what they’re insured for”.
